#AskTheExpert My 2.5yr old daughter is still eating mashed food. she got molar tooth in both upper and lower jaw. Still not chewing her food. if i give Apple in small pieces she is not able to chew. she swallows and pukes. How to encourage her chew her food and eat?

A. you may need to demonstrate it. keep offering finger food, encourage self eating. Feed Hand Mashed food to your kid . Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals. Identify when he is hungry enough, to feed your kid.

A. Ou You have to teach your child once properly how to chew the food so you take a bite in your mouth sure how you are doing the food properly before swallowing it and that’s how your child is also going to learn it is going to be a tough practice but just carry on with it
