#AskTheExpert My 2.2 year kid hand flaps everyday. Does he have autism? He focus when I sing a rhyme or respond 6 out of 10 times.

Q. #AskTheExpert Hi, My twins are 2 year 2 month old. My concern is about my one kid. we stay in abroad and we were in Lock down for almost 1 year. My kids hardly went out to play. My one kid always flaps his hand almost everyday ( may be when excited/angry). He say numbers and some rhymes ( may b rhyme tune). He didn't say mama,Papa or any other words.
