#asktheexpert my 1yr 1month baby wt 9.4 kg (birth wt 2.9 kg)..pichle 2 -3 month se uska wt fixed hay ..is it ok...?? active baby ...but usko lactose prblm hay to koi bhi milk nehi khata ..is liye uska wt nehi bar raha hay kiya??

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
