#AskTheExpert my 19month daughter need surgery for cyst in ear pinna. I am so worried about the surgery and general anasthesia. which precaution do i need?? is their any risk of heart failure while in general anasthesia during surgery? please help

A. no need to worry general anaesthesia is absolutely safe Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
