#AskTheExpert my 19 years baby got rash on neck it looks like upper layer of skin ,firstly it is red and later turned black . is it any fungal infection or due to heat

A. Please consult a dermatologist your child is quite old actually and if this is happening at the age of 19 years and this could be due to some hormonal change also in the body so it’s better to consult a doctor regarding the issue
