Q.
#asktheexpert my 16 months old son used to say some words before he started using more gestures... he used to say dada, daddy, light, cat, done ... but now suddenly stopped using those words since few months. now he just points and shows me things he wants... doesn't babble much.. just says baba when we ask where he wants to go... is speech regression normal ? he hasn't played picked up any new words yet.

kids at this stage of age are moody so as such no need to worry .
just keep talking with your child more.
play different games,sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
ask simple questions like wether he or she want to eat apple or banana?
but please don't force your child.
