Q.

#asktheexpert My 13months old has been exclusively breastfed. She rejects whole milk be it in bottle, slipper or fed with spoon. How can I transition her to whole milk?

A. Hello dear parent! Do not make it a stressful activity for your baby. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. For now try giving your baby alternate foods like curd and buttermilk. Try setting an example to drink milk. Sit with your baby and try sipping milk in colourful Sippy cups or glasses. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
