A. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection. if the skin of the xchild is dry you can apply moisturizing lotion which help in decreasing the rash. if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calamine lotion. it is advisable to take a medical opinion

A. Be sure to pat or dab the area instead of rubbing it; rubbing can cause more irritation and increase the risk of infection. You can also apply a thin layer of ointment to your baby's drool rash. A simple petroleum jelly will create a barrier, protecting the skin from saliva and other irritants.
