Q.
#asktheexpert my 11 months old baby has not started solids yet. Whenever we try to feed him he resists with hand and sometimes when we are ably to feed a little bit he chokes after few minutes and pukes everything out. He still drinks only formula milk and doesn’t eat ceralac too. So we mix a very small portion of cerelac in the milk during feeding.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello father its quite late now, weaning foods had to be introduced from age of 5 month onwards, now he has gone into the habit, you need to work upon.
try to give him foods with flavours and textures ,
when you have your meal , let him sit with you and taste from your plate
