#AskTheExpert my 11 month baby is not eating food properly. I have prepared different kinds of food in a healthy way.he ate a little bit of food and ignored it. so what will I do. how to encourage him to eat food at least half a cup.

A. Adivaadi salt and spices to the food because lot of parents prefer giving completely total bland food to the child and that does not work so you should just go ahead with giving all kind of spices and salt for a proper flavour in the food
