#AskTheExpert My 10 year old isn't putting on weight and height despite giving nutritious food like milk , fruits , nuts daily . please advice

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom , some they have a growth sprut so their is sudden change in the height and weight especially in and around the puberty stage as well so not to worry a little variation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and eating well.
