#asktheexpert Hello, Kinshu is not gaining weight despite he takes healthy diet including nuts, cereals, fruits. please let me know what to do so he gains weight.

A. Hello mom toddlers after the age of one they tend to triple their birth weight and then on yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs yearly . Their could possibly be a little variation but it’s fine if the child is active for His age and eating well
