#AskTheExpert my 10 month old son's weight is 10 kgs and it is same from last 4 months. Is it healthy to have a consistent weight from last 4 months. I try a lot by giving him variety of fruits, vegetables, grains to increase his weight.

A. 10 kg is idea weight. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks. n feed breast milk on demand
