#AskTheExpert my 1 yr old baby god fever and more wheezing doctor suggested sinarest syrup is this ok??? anything else

A. nebulizer may be required. Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor

A. Hi parent Yes , as It is suggested by doctor it's ok keep her hydrated and give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time don't expose her to winds and dust keep her ears covered take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
