A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury shouoild be rule out in any such case gwhich is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. You can actually keep some ice cube on to that area that is going to help in selling down the swelling after that your child would be able to it but prior to that you have to make sure that the spelling is better and the kind of food that you can be giving it to go ahead with more of liquid diet as of nowWrite Your Answer Here
