#AskTheExpert My 1 year 2 months old daughter is getting congestion again and again in just a gap of 1week of medicine course of antibiotics. She had been given Azithromycin 3 weeks back then last week cefpodoxime and now this week she is again having congestion what should we do, we even changed 3 doctors, we are really helpless, kindly guide?

This depends on our genes and environment ,along with eating and sleeping habits.
There is no medicine that may
enhance immunity.
But regular 8 hour peaceful sleep, healthy vegetarian food may help to boost immunity.
May give Himalaya Questa kidz after 2 years of age

you can give tumeric milk at bed time or a spoon of honey at bed time
take homeopathy treatment
