#asktheexpert My 1.4 years old son give facial expressions for smells, blink eyes in unusual way for different lights. He is also not responding if we want him to do something, he always play by his own. Is there any possibility of unusual development in him?

A. this can be normal behaviour still need some examination and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
