Q.

#asktheexpert my 07 month baby boy is passing hard stool since last week. Is it normal ? we have introduced semi-solid food like rice ,dal with vegetables and fruits.

A. constipation is comkon once after startingn solids. givevhim more of fiber rich fruits n veggies in his regular diet. give some water after meals. o k
