#AskTheExpert My 03 month old baby is not lifting his head during tummy time instead he is licking his hands. Also he os not at all trying to roll over. Please suggest any remedial measures

regular massage of the back as well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area.
if neck holding and head holding is not propere by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find thew cause of delayed milestones

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. This is completely normal do not worry about it some kids do not have a very stable head by the age of three months also so give it a little more time if your child does not do it by the age of phone was also then you can get it checked with your doctor
