Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, The ideal weight of 13 month old baby girl will be 7.3-11.6 kgs. However, it varies depends on your child's birth weight. Include all seasonal friuts and vegetables into your child's diet for proper weight gain. Offer foods every two hours for proper weight gain.
