A. dear mum, for your 2 years 5 months old child, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
