A. Hello mam, the mother can take preferably easy to digest foods , that are not gas forming as well and mild on spices as well. Fluids are very essential to keep her well hydrated . Certain foods that would be helpful for increasing their milk production such as dry fruits , panjiri, milk, oats , garlic , flax seeds , jeera or ajwain or saunf water , drumstick leaves. , fenugreek leaves as well.
