#AskTheExpert meri saans bohot jaldi bohot jyada fool jati h , abhi my 5th month only started , end tak toh or jyada ho jaega, what could be the matter? and what can be done ??

Its Very normal there is nothing wrong with you a lot of women feel this way when the body is increasing the energy is going down the seminar is going now you can ask your doctor if you can start doing basic prenatal yoga also I’m going to tell you to have all your supplements properly monitor your BP regularly sometimes due to low BP also you can faces issue and don’t exhort and stress yourself
