because it is normal for nursing mother to not get periods or irregular periods during Breastfeeding journey

to reduce your weight:
please start to do exercises or yoga regularly
walk, walk and walk.
don't use vehicles for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your Fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
