normally simple secretions should ncot occur again and again for whichc eyes massage is needed.
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor.
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please decrease your child screen time and encourage for out door game
please buy some educational toys like Babyhug building blocks wooden puzzle flash cards etc
