shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello Mom it is very important that you should take care of the diet of the child avoid junk food as much as you can and make sure that she should do some physical activities if possible give her warm water and you can also sometimes give her ajwain by adding A Pinch of black salt in it with warm water otherwise you can go for the Homeopathic treatment as well
