Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper fexamination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotiony can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Usually, these breakouts will clear on their own with time, but breast milk can help ease them and help with your baby's sensitive skin. Soak a cotton ball in breast milk and softly pat it on your baby's face.
