A. Hello good evening !! It's motion sickness due to movement of vehicles few of them not only kids elders too vomit. In few of them it will vanish if they travel frequently for few it lasts. To avoid vomitings give citrus fruits - best is to smell lemon slice or orange peel . Avoid feeding more water, fluids before journey.
