please do the following things:
please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
offer different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
keep your child hydrated
avoid giving RO water.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
