#AskTheExpert mere beti ko cold hai eslily doctor ne ek syrup diya hai 0.3ml three times dali huu 5days .eske baadh baby ko fever aaya tho paracetamol syrum dali hu. aa dho syrup use karne se pehle bhi ek aur syrup use kiyaa hai oo azitromicin and levoninal syrup. kya ethne syrup baby ke liye theeek hai
