steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs trefatment acvcordingly along with a proper hydration .

बंद नाक के लिए आप नेज़ल सेलाइन ड्रॉप्स का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
गर्म नारियल तेल और तुलसी के पत्तों से मालिश करें।
