#asktheexpert mere bete ko bar bar urine hoti hai, 3 saal se uska treatment chal raha hai , pahle se aaram hai but problem khatm hi nhi ho rahi uper se har raat uske paeron me phatan hoti h, pls help

for, urine problem, please take necessary follow ups from your treating doctor and strictly follow his or her advice.
for legs pain, please give Healthy diet especially iron and calcium rich food more
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil on legs every day
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best natural source of vitamin D
