A. hi mom avoid packaged. sugary, maida products for soemtime avoid chocolate, chips, juices or cold drinks show to doctor of required make nuts powder made up of cashew almonds and dry dates and add in milk daily

A. Low appetite can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite. If the child is constantly complaining of stomach ache then it could be due to worms or any underlying conditions. Please consult with your pediatrician in such cases.
