Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikocryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

Give indirect steam inhalation
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
