Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes This is a common issue when the tear ducts of the child or blocked so in this case you can just do a gentle massage on the nose of the child between the eyes areas it is going to help a lot in opening up the tear ducts
