Sometimes it is due to tear duct blockage so it’s going to be good for you to get examined with your doctor to make sure that this is the reason or any other reason is there if it is due to tear duct blockage and you can massage onto the nose of your child in between the area of the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise three or four times in the day
