If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or 15 times per day- both conditions normal).
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion or white colour motion.
Keep ur baby well hydrated
c. Continue to give water and all other food items as before(no food restrictions).
Wait for some more days
Everything will be alright.
If blood in motion/persistant foul smelling motion or less urine output then consult with ur nearest pediatrician,
He will giude you in a better way

This doesn't necessarily mean any problem unless the stools are watery, or too hard, or has blood stains or the baby has a stomach pain or looks cranky or cries everytime he poops. In all these cases you should consult a doctor. Otherwise you need not worry. Some children are like that and they overcome it as they grow older. But if this has happened all of a sudden or the child is complaining stomach ache or loss of appetite then u may have to consult with your pediatrician.
