Hi Himalaya bonnisan Five drops you should give to your child your child is crying basically because of stomach pain only which is very common with kids to give this medicine you can give five drops you can use it four times in a day maximum also I would like to tell you if you feel that your child is feeling uncomfortable or anything then you should get a check with your doctor but crying is mostly due to colic only
