Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. Sardi Hui hai. Cold and cough is due to seasonal change and is of viral and is common . Safest to give indirect steam inhalation for nasal block and also protect baby with wollens clothes . Can put nasivion / saline drops . Take flu vaccine yearly for protection from flu after six mnths of age . Nebulization can be done by doctor advise . See a doctor if fever or discomfort .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though). Then spray two to three drops of saline spray into each nostril.09
