Yea This is normal with kids because kids sleep for almost 16 to 18 hours in a day and that’s very normal and common with them so I don’t think so you need to worry about this at all this is completely normal and if your child is not wait for 5 to 6 hours at a stretch you can try to feed your child that we only I think that’s what is going to be helpful but apart from that it’s not recommended to foresee the child
