A. Hello mom, you should offer foods like cereals and whole grains health mix, kichadi, idly, mashed rice, potatoes, sweet potato, pumpkin, ghee, dals, milk, yogurt, fish, lean meat it will helps improve your baby's weight. Offer 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
