Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. if baby is active and playing well and also response you on and understand each and every thing, then he is taking his time. also if baby is not even speaking small words like mamma , toy, water, food etc then please consult with your pediatrician regarding this once as he will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing the baby
