have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu
add a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk
add. shatavari powder in milk

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Shatavari is very useful in lactating mothers especially those who face the problem of inadequate production of breast milk. Shatavari is used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicines to increase the production of breast milk in lactating mothers because of its Stanyajanana (increase breast milk production) nature.
