no need to worry as finger sucking is is considered normal till the age of 2 years
while the babies are teething , they have a habit of sucking the finger or putting the hands in the mouth to get rid of the irritation of the gums.
give the baby with the teether, which you can even keep in the fridge so it will relieve the pain in the gums and irritation.
you can use Babyhug Moustache Shaped Orthodontic Soother With Cover , very good to reduce irritation of gums
keep the floor of the house clean so that to prevent diarrhoea in the baby
