Hello mom If you are providing drops to your baby then you should give 0.75ML at a time but if you are providing syrup then you should give at least 3ML at a time. And you should give the roses as prescribed by your doctor. And you can also provide steam if baby is having extreme cold. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
