POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. In 7 months, most of the foods will remain same as 6 months. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, home made cerelac, etc. Feed 3 small meals and 4-5 times breastmilk or formula milk.
