Hello ma’am A three-year-old child should be somewhere around 15 to 17 kgs and a four year child should be somewhere around 17 to 20 kgs that’s the average weight we believe should be there. But since you have not mentioned anything that what is your child’s weight is the overweight or underweight or not be able to help you with anything ahead of the same
