A 4 year old can have normal diet which is being made in your house
2 servings of fruits and 3 serving of vegetables
Include milk and milk products in the diet
Reduce the intake of biscuits, chips, junk food in the diet
Encourage the child to eat with family
Maida should be avoided

serve 3 meals and at least one mid meal in a day.
make sure the baby has some physical activity in a day.
