Include atleast 2 fruits, 3-4 vegetables in routine diet
Also include protein in meals by adding cheese, curd, milk, dry fruits, oats, paneer, eggs, sprouts, soya
Reduce intake of biscuits, frooti, cold drinks, Kurkure, Maggi, junk food

Children this age need 4 to 5 ounces of grains, 1 1/2 cups of vegetables, 1 to 1 1/2 cup of fruits, 2 cups of dairy and 3 to 4 ounces of protein sources like meat or beans daily.
