ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician4 years agoA. I would suggest you to use a syndet bar instated of soap having pH around 5 and a good quality moisturizer like atogla or oilatum lotion for your child so take care

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning if the child is having pimples on the face I would not recommend you to use any lotion or cream for the time being it is advisable to simply apply aloe vera on the affected area in order to make sure that the pimples go away
